These Terms of Service govern your use of TubeBreak, a Chrome browser extension provided by Warrior Lifestyle LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By installing, activating, or using TubeBreak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
TubeBreak is a Chrome browser extension that reads the transcript shown on a YouTube video page and lets you view, copy, or download that transcript as a Markdown or plain text file. The extension runs entirely in your browser. It does not host, store, or republish YouTube content on any server operated by Warrior Lifestyle LLC.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TubeBreak on browsers you own or control. Free-tier usage is subject to the daily limits shown in the extension. Pro-tier usage is subject to a valid, active license key issued by Paddle on our behalf.

You are responsible for how you use transcripts downloaded with TubeBreak. Captioned content on YouTube is often copyrighted. Downloading a transcript does not grant you any rights to the underlying video or its captions beyond what fair use and your local law allow.
Paid plans are sold, billed, and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Pro plan, you are contracting with Paddle for the payment transaction and with Warrior Lifestyle LLC for the software license itself. Paddle's standard terms apply to the payment transaction.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal link in any Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase limited to 500 total seats. Once the 500 seats are sold, the lifetime option is retired permanently.

Pro features are unlocked by a license key tied to your Paddle purchase. If a subscription is canceled, expires, is refunded, or is flagged as fraudulent, the associated license key becomes invalid and Pro features will stop working. Your free-tier access remains available.
We may change, add, remove, or suspend features of TubeBreak at any time. We will not break existing Pro functionality for active paid users during a billing period without offering a prorated refund or equivalent replacement.
TubeBreak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. TubeBreak is an independent third-party tool built to run alongside the YouTube web interface in your browser.
TubeBreak is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcripts will always be available or accurate. YouTube can change its page structure at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep the extension compatible but cannot guarantee it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Lifestyle LLC, its owners, and its contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use TubeBreak. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of TubeBreak will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Warrior Lifestyle LLC harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of TubeBreak in violation of these terms or applicable law.
We may terminate or suspend your access to TubeBreak at any time if you materially breach these terms. You can terminate at any time by uninstalling the extension. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of TubeBreak after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
