We want you to actually use TubeBreak and get value from it. If it is not pulling its weight for you, we do not want your money.
If you are outside the 14-day window and something is broken, reach out anyway. If the issue is on our end (a bug, a compatibility break, a YouTube change we have not patched yet) we will either fix it, credit you, or refund you. That is a case-by-case judgment call, not a guaranteed refund.
Canceling a monthly or yearly subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew. If you want a refund on top of canceling, email support@masterchim.com within the 14-day window.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. If you tell us there is a problem, we will fix it or refund you under the terms above. Chargebacks cost us disproportionately and slow down the support we can give everyone else.
